Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following secure payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro, etc.)
• UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, etc.)
• Net Banking (all major banks)
• Wallets (where applicable)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – available only for select pin codes and subject to order value limits.

2. Payment Security

• All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways to ensure maximum protection of your financial data.
• We do not store your credit/debit card details or payment credentials on our servers.

3. Payment Confirmation

• Once the payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with details of your purchase.
• In case of payment failure but the amount is deducted from your account, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

• COD may be restricted based on location, order value, or product category.
• Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD facility.

5. Refunds for Canceled/Returned Orders

• If your order is canceled or returned (as per our Cancellation/Return Policy), the refund will be processed only through the original mode of payment.
• Refund timelines:
  • Prepaid Orders: 5–7 working days after approval.
  • COD Orders: Refunds will be issued to your bank account (customer must provide valid account details).

6. Pricing Policy

• All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but orders once placed will be honored at the price confirmed at checkout.

Shipping Policy

At Ayurglow Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. (Ayurglow & Odilite), we strive to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and efficiently.

Order Processing

• All confirmed orders are processed within 2–3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.
• In case of unexpected delays (raw material, weather, courier issues), customers will be notified via email/WhatsApp.

Delivery Timeline

• Domestic Orders (India): Typically delivered within 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on location.
• Remote / Rural Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer due to courier limitations.
• International Orders: Currently not available.

Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges apply based on order weight and delivery location.
• Free Shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or on minimum order value (as decided by the company).
• Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email/WhatsApp.
• Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete address & contact details. The company will not be liable for delays due to incorrect information.

Undelivered / Refused Orders

• If a parcel is refused at delivery or undeliverable due to wrong address/phone number, reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• No refund will be issued for such cases.

Company Liability

• We ensure safe packaging and timely dispatch. However, once the order is handed over to the courier, delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.
• In case of damaged or missing items, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo and video proof.

Cancellation Policy

At Ayurglow Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. (Ayurglow & Odilite), we work hard to ensure that your orders are processed quickly and shipped on time. Once an order is confirmed, preparation and dispatch begin immediately, making cancellations limited.

Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled only within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
• To request a cancellation, customers must contact us via email or WhatsApp with the order details.
• If approved, the cancellation will be processed and refund issued as store credit/coupon (preferred) or to the original payment method at company's discretion.

Non-Cancellable Orders

• Orders that are already shipped or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
• Customized, special, or bulk orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
• Orders placed during sales, promotions, or discounts are non-cancellable.

Order Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel an order under circumstances such as:

1. Product out of stock or discontinued.
2. Incorrect pricing or listing error.
3. Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions.
4. Delivery service unavailability in the shipping location.

In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund or store credit will be issued.

Refund Timelines for Cancellations

• Approved cancellations (eligible orders) will be refunded within 7–10 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
• Store credits, if chosen, will be issued immediately and can be used for the next purchase.

Return & Replacement Policy

At Ayurglow Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. (Ayurglow & Odilite), we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Since our products are personal care, wellness, and food items, we follow a strict return policy to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

Eligibility for Return/Replacement

1. Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for replacement.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

• Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
• Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
• Items purchased during promotional offers, discounts, or clearance sales.
• Food products (millets, dry fruits, pickles, juices, honey, Herbal Tea, etc.) once opened, due to hygiene reasons.

Resolution Process

• Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
• If replacement is not possible, a store credit or coupon of equivalent value will be issued.
• Refunds are not applicable except in rare cases solely at the company's discretion.

Shipping Costs

• If the error is from our side (wrong/defective product), we will bear the shipping cost.
• For all other cases, the customer bears the return shipping charges.

Refund Policy

At Ayurglow Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. (Ayurglow & Odilite), since our items include personal care, ayurvedic, and food products, refunds are limited due to hygiene, safety, and product quality concerns.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are issued only under the following rare circumstances:

1. If the ordered product is out of stock and cannot be shipped.
2. If the customer is charged but the order was not successfully placed/processed.
3. If a replacement is not possible for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product reported within 48 hours of delivery (with photo/video proof).

Non-Refundable Situations

• Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
• Food items (millets, dry fruits, pickles, juices, etc.) once the seal is broken.
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.
• Orders refused at the time of delivery or returned due to wrong/incomplete address.
• Products purchased under discounts, sales, or promotional offers.

Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be processed as either Store Credit/Coupon (preferred) or Bank/Payment Gateway Refund to the original payment method (at company's discretion).
• Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment provider.

Return Condition for Refund

• In eligible cases, products must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.

Company Rights

• Refund approval is solely at the discretion of Ayurglow Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. & Odilite.
• The company reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
